Synopsis

Raymond Addison, agent du FBI, est à l'origine du 'Projet Momentum', un programme militaire créé en 1977, destiné à la formation et à l'entraînement de télékinésistes, afin de les transformer en véritables armes humaines. Le gouvernement américain met fin au projet et decrète la liquidation totale de l'équipe. Mais un télékinésiste échappe aux tueurs de Raymond Addison et réclame vengeance...
